Privacy policy:

Privacy policy

Use of our website is usually possible without giving personal data. In some cases we have to collect personal data (e.g. name, address or email address) but this is always done voluntarily. We do not pass on this data to third parties without your expressed consent.

We point out, that internet data transfer (e.g. communication via email) can be subject to security infringements. Seamless data protection is not possible.

We expressedly object to using our contact data, which has to be published in the imprint. This is particularly true for advertisement or information material which we did not explicitly request. We reserve the right for legal steps in cases of not requested advertisement such as spam mails.

Privacy policy for the use of Facebook plug-ins (like button)

We integrated plug-ins of the social media network Facebook (Facebook Inc., 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, California, 94025, USA) into our websites. You recognize the Facebook plug-ins through the Facebook logo or the “like” button. Browse the following website for an overview over all Facebook plugins: developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/.

When visiting our websites, the plugin creates a direct connection between your browser and the Facebook server. Through this, Facebook gets the information that you visited our website with your IP address. When clicking the “like” button while being connected to your Facebook account, you can link our content to your Facebook profile. Through this Facebook is able to match your visit on our website to your account. We point out, that we do neither receive knowledge of the transferred data nor their use. Read the privacy policy of Facebook for further information: de-de.facebook.com/policy.php

If you do not want Facebook to match your visit on our websites to your account, please log out of your Facebook account.

Privacy policy for the use of Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses „Cookies", i.e. text files that are stored on your computer and help analyzing your movements on our website. These cookies gather information which is sent to a Google server in the US and stored there. If IP anonymization is activated, Google shortens your IP address before sending and storing it. However, this is only the case for EU countries or EFTA countries.

Only in exemptions, Google sends your IP to the Google server in the US and shortens it there. Google will use this information to analyze the data on request of the website provider. It uses the data analysis to compile reports on website use and provides further services of website and internet use for the website provider. Your IP address, sent through Google Analytics will not be matched with other Google data.

You can prevent your computer from saving the cookies through your browser setup. Through this, however, it might be possible that you are not able to use this website at its full scope. Download the following browser plug in to prevent use of the data gathered by the Google Cookie. I.e. this prevents Google from processing all data gathered (incl. your IP address).  http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de.

Privacy policy for using Google Adsense

This website uses Google AdSense, a service for integrating adverts of Google Inc. ("Google"). Google AdSense uses "Cookies", text files that are stored on your computer and help analyzing your movements on our website. Google AdSense uses web beacons (invisible graphics), which enable Google to analyze web traffic on the website.

These cookies and web beacons gather information which is sent to a server in the USA and stored there. This concerns your way of using the website, your IP address and the display of adverts. Google reserves the right to pass on this data to its contract partners. Google will not match your IP address with other personal data.

You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. By using this website, you consent to the processing of data about you by Google in the manner and for the purposes set out above.

Privacy policy for the use of Google +1

Gathering and processing of information:

The Google +1 button enables you to publish information worldwide. Through the Google + 1 button you and other users receive personalized content from Google and its partners. Google saves the information that you have given +1 for a specific content as well as the content itself.  Google displays your +1likes as references together with the name of your profile and your photo from Google Services in search results, your Google profile or on any other website or adverts on the Internet.

Google records information on your +1 activities in order to improve Google services for you and other users. In order to use the +1 button you need a globally visible google profile which has to contain a profile name at minimum. This name will be used in all Google services. In some cases this name can replace any other name, which you used while sharing content via your Google account. Users who know your email address or other identifying information can see the identity of your Google Profile.

Use of the recorded information:

Next to the use explained above, Google uses your provided information according to the current Google privacy policies. Google might publish summarized statistics on the +1 activities of its users and passes them on to other users or partners like publisher, advertisers or connected websites.

Privacy policy for the use of twitter

We also integrated Twitter services into our websites. This functionality is offered through Twitter Inc., Twitter, Inc. 1355 Market St, Suite 900, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA. By using Twitter and the “re-tweet” function the visited website is connected to your Twitter account and released for other users. In this process, Twitter also receives data.

We point out, that we as a provider neither have any knowledge of the content of the transmitted data nor their use through Twitter. Please read the Twitter privacy policy for more information twitter.com/privacy.

You can change your Twitter privacy policy settings in your account setting on twitter.com/account/settings.
